Start a Conversation

Coaching conversations often begin with a simple exploration.

This initial conversation allows us to understand your context, the leadership challenges you may be navigating, and whether coaching would be useful at this stage. There is no preparation required.
The conversation is informal, confidential, and typically lasts about 60 minutes.

When Leaders Reach Out

Leaders often initiate a conversation when they are:

• stepping into a larger leadership role
• navigating rapid organisational growth
• facing complex decisions that benefit from reflection
• sensing that technical competence is no longer enough

What to Expect

The purpose of the first conversation is simply to explore whether coaching would be useful.

We may talk about:

• the leadership context you are navigating
• the challenges or transitions you are experiencing
• what you would like to think through more deeply

If it seems useful, we can then discuss what a coaching engagement might look like.

All conversations are confidential.
