
In all my coaching and leadership facilitation work, I have not not found a single person who does not want to grow or succeed. Their directions and definitions of growth and success vary.
All of us want to grow and succeed, in our own ways.
In this process, there are forces that help us move ahead, and those pulling us back. These forces are unique for each of us and often systemic.
For people in leadership roles, those moving into leadership space, those grappling with expanding roles and those transitioning into new opportunities, there are varied and multiple factors at play at each step.
The key to navigating these are ( in no particular order)
- awareness of these pushes and pulls,
- a deliberate action orientation,
- aspiration to grow as an Individual and as a leader
- and finally an acceptance of the outcomes
This is an ongoing process and not an easy one. Coaching allows the space and time for reflection leading to awareness, action, aspiration and acceptance.
This is an investment in self-development. The returns can be multifold- Inside out growth in personal and professional spheres.
